Hi, I’m Stephen. When I was six years old, my dad let me use his architectural drafting software so I could practice drawing floor plans. They weren’t good, but I’ve been obsessed with architecture and real estate ever since.
I grew up in North Idaho, studied investment finance in college, and spent years analyzing real estate for a pension fund portfolio and later a local multifamily housing developer. In 2024 I got my real estate license and began working in sales, which frankly has been a steep learning curve.
My analytical background has been useful though. I approach every transaction with thorough data and thoughtful strategy, both of which have been vital to overcoming the unique challenges that come up with each deal.
I've worked with first-time buyers, out-of-state buyers, contingency deals, new construction, distressed properties, and I recently flipped my first off-market property. I hang my license at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, the largest brokerage in the area by transaction volume.
